Are there fees for using this site?

LIMITED TIME OFFER - ALL JOB POSTS 60 DAYS FOR ONLY $50!

There are no fees for job candidates searching for job openings. Employers (including Recruiters) can register for free and can execute resume searches for free, but are required to pay a small fee to view resume data and to publish jobs. Employers purchase credits as needed for $50 per credit. Currently one credit can be used to view the details of up to 50 resumes. Employers are also required to spend one credit to publish (or extend the publication of) a job opening for 7 days.

How do I log in to this site?

Click on the Login link in the left menu, enter your email address and password in the form, and then click the Login button at the bottom of the form.
What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

Click the Login link to open the Login form and then click on the “Forgot Password?” link near the bottom of the form. Enter your email address into the Forgot Password form and click on the “Reset Your Password” button. A message containing your new random password will be sent to your email address.
How do I log off from this site?

Click the Logout link at the bottom of the menu in the left browser pane.
How do I change my password?

After logging on to CCIE.jobs, click the “Update Your Password” menu item in the left pane. After you have entered your old password, new password, and confirmed your new password, click on the “Update Password” button.

How do I register (How do I create an account)?

How do I log in to this site?

Click on the Login link in the left menu, enter your email address and password in the form, and then click the Login button at the bottom of the form.
What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

Click the Login link to open the Login form and then click on the “Forgot Password?” link near the bottom of the form. Enter your email address into the Forgot Password form and click on the “Reset Your Password” button. A message containing your new random password will be sent to your email address.
How do I change my password?

After logging on to CCIE.jobs, click the “Update Your Password” menu item in the left pane. After you have entered your old password, new password, and confirmed your new password, click on the “Update Password” button.

How do I edit my account information?

On the “Manage Your Profile” form you can edit your contact information and your CCIE information. After making changes, click on the “Update Profile” button at the bottom of the form to save your changes.
How do I create a resume?

To get to the “Your Resumes” page, click on any of the following menu items: RESUMES, MY CCIE.JOBS, or Manage Your Resumes. On the “Your Resumes” page, click the “Add New Resume” link to start the new resume wizard.
Can I upload a resume?

Yes, you can upload files in many popular formats, such as portable document file (PDF), Microsoft Word, ASCII text, etc. To get to the “Your Resumes” page, click on any of the following menu items: RESUMES, MY CCIE.JOBS, or Manage Your Resumes. On the “Your Resumes” page click the “Add New Uploaded Resume” to upload a completed resume file.
What file formats can I upload?

We recommend that you upload your resume in portable document file (PDF) format because the ability to read PDF files is available free to all employers and recruiters. If you choose to upload another file format, you assume the risk that employers will not be able to view your completed resume.
How do I make a resume visible to Employers?

Each resume created through the on-line resume wizard has the following publishing options:
  • Allow Employers to see this resume
  • Allow Employers to see my contact information
  • Allow Employers to see my references
You may toggle these options on or off at any time for each resume.
Uploaded resumes are always visible to Employers, so you must therefore delete an uploaded resume to prevent viewing by employers.

How do I search job listings?

To search for key words in job descriptions, job titles, and company names, enter the words to search for in the “Job Search” form in the left pane and then click the “Search Now” button. For additional search options, click the “Advanced Search” link located at the bottom of the search form in the left pane.
How do I apply for a job?

Click on the Job Title in the list of jobs returned from a job search to view the job details. On the Job Details page, click the “Apply for this job” link located above the job description. In the “Apply to Job” form, add a cover letter and resume as applicable in and click the “Apply” button.
Can I track what jobs I’ve applied for?

Yes. Each time you apply for a job it is added to your “Jobs Applied For” list. It remains on your list as long as it remains listed as an open job on CCIE.jobs. Once the job is no longer available, it is purged from your jobs applied for list. To view your jobs applied for, click on the “Jobs Applied For” link in the lower-left pane.

At what point in the process are fees due?

Employers/Recruiters may create accounts and jobs under their accounts. They may also search for candidates. Fees are charged only at the point where jobs are published (made visible to candidates) or when resumes are viewed. Credits are purchased against an account and are then used to publish a job for a certain period of time per credit, or to purchase a set number of resume views per credit, depending on the current rate (e.g. 50 resume views for one credit; 7-day job post for one credit).
What forms of tender to you accept?

CCIE.jobs accepts all major credit cards.
What is the cost to list a job?

Rates are subject to change. Nevertheless, as an example, one credit might cost $50 and might be used to publish a job for seven days.
What is the cost to search Candidate resumes?

How do I search through Candidate Resumes?

Can I see candidate contact information?

Candidates determine what information to allow Employers and Recruiters to see.
If I’m interested in a Candidate, how can I contact that person?

Click on the Resume Title in the list of resumes returned from a resume search to view the resume details. On the Resume View page, click the “Send message to this candidate” link located above the resume title. In the “Contact Candidate” form, add your personal message and job details as applicable and click the “Apply” button.
Can I view the same Candidate resume repeatedly without being charged?

Yes. Previously viewed candidate resumes are added to your Previously Viewed Resumes list. They remain on your list until the candidate removes the “Allow Employers to view this resume” attribute. You may review resumes at any time by clicking on the “Previously Viewed Resumes” link in the left pane.
